Mirand Agency Fee Guide
Mirand applies a clear, flat agency fee model based on the total client charge-out rate. This structure is designed to keep pricing transparent and competitive for both contractors and clients.

Payroll & Compliance Management (1%)
Payroll & Compliance Management covers all payroll processing, PAYG obligations, salary packaging options and contractor administration, delivered through Mirand’s CPA-qualified payroll partner, SDP Solutions. Applied where Mirand (via SDP Solutions) provides payroll and employment services.
Workers Compensation (Labour Hire)
0.3% – 3.6%
Applied in accordance with state-based labour hire requirements and industry classification. Rates vary depending on jurisdiction.
State-Based Payroll Tax
Payroll tax is applied based on the state or territory in which the contractor is engaged. Rates vary depending on jurisdiction and total wage levels.
