About the Role

We are seeking a Siebel Integration Developer to work on a major federal government program delivering complex, mission-critical CRM integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Siebel EAI components and ensuring seamless data exchange between Siebel and external systems.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions that align with enterprise architecture and government standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Siebel EAI components (Business Services, Workflows, Data Maps).

  • Build and consume REST and SOAP web services to integrate Siebel with external systems.

  • Configure and maintain Siebel Integration Objects, Data Maps, and VBCs.

  • Develop and manage batch integrations (EIM, MQ/JMS, or ETL-based).

  • Collaborate with middleware teams (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) to ensure API-led connectivity.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production and test environments.

  • Optimise performance and ensure data integrity across all interfaces.

  • Document technical designs, mapping specs, and deployment procedures.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Siebel integration development.

  • Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, Business Services, Workflows.

  • Proven experience with SOAP/REST web services (inbound and outbound).

  • Proficiency in Siebel scripting (eScript, browser script) for integration logic.

  • Good understanding of XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.

  • Experience with EIM and batch processing techniques.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD deployment processes.

  • Solid SQL skills and understanding of Siebel data model.
