About the Role
We are seeking a Siebel Integration Developer to work on a major federal government program delivering complex, mission-critical CRM integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Siebel EAI components and ensuring seamless data exchange between Siebel and external systems.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions that align with enterprise architecture and government standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Siebel EAI components (Business Services, Workflows, Data Maps).
Build and consume REST and SOAP web services to integrate Siebel with external systems.
Configure and maintain Siebel Integration Objects, Data Maps, and VBCs.
Develop and manage batch integrations (EIM, MQ/JMS, or ETL-based).
Collaborate with middleware teams (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) to ensure API-led connectivity.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production and test environments.
Optimise performance and ensure data integrity across all interfaces.
Document technical designs, mapping specs, and deployment procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience in Siebel integration development.
Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, Business Services, Workflows.
Proven experience with SOAP/REST web services (inbound and outbound).
Proficiency in Siebel scripting (eScript, browser script) for integration logic.
Good understanding of XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
Experience with EIM and batch processing techniques.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD deployment processes.
Solid SQL skills and understanding of Siebel data model.
