About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to join a major federal government program focused on modernising and optimising CRM systems. You’ll work across configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
This role is perfect for a Siebel professional who enjoys working across the full SDLC — from requirements and design through to build, test, and deployment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Siebel objects (Applets, Views, BCs, BOs, WF processes) based on functional requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Siebel scripts (eScript) and Business Services.

  • Build workflows, runtime events, and user properties to automate business processes.

  • Support integration work including EAI, Web Services, and REST APIs.

  • Work closely with testers to support testing and resolve defects.

  • Produce and maintain documentation and deployment guides.

  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Contribute to performance tuning and defect prevention.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Siebel configuration and development.

  • Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, workflows, business services, and scripting.

  • Experience with Siebel EAI and integrating external systems (SOAP/REST).

  • Familiarity with Siebel runtime events, server components, and configuration best practices.

  • Solid SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts.

  • Experience with version control (Git, Subversion) and Agile delivery methods.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
